Kim brings decades of experience at the intersection of education, curriculum, grant-writing, and nonprofit leadership—and a deep belief in the power of story to heal, connect, and transform. From her early work in special education to senior roles at COSI (Center of Science and Industry), the Smithsonian Early Enrichment Center, and the Ohio High School Athletic Association, Kim has always centered people, learning, and impact. As the founder of Stories of a Life, she also helps individuals reclaim and share their personal narratives—work that aligns beautifully with our commitment to accountability, growth, and reimagined community.

At Joyful Summits, Kim will help consult on our curriculum development and guide our approach to grant funding so we can continue building a future rooted in healing. We’re honored to have her wisdom and vision on our team.
